Combined board

Service-desk and development work together on GitHub Projects v2. Move cards, assign, label, branch, and create issues straight onto the board. Switch between board and list views, group by status/assignee/priority, show or hide columns, and filter to "assigned to me" or recently completed work.

A shared markdown scratchpad for runbooks, escalation contacts, and how-we-handle-it notes. Tag notes to group and filter them like folders, keep them private or share with the team, pin the essentials — and convert any note straight into a board issue, prefilled and ready to amend.

Bring your own AI

Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your team notes with a secure remote connector (MCP). Your AI signs in as you via Microsoft Entra External ID — no tokens to copy — and can read your private and shared notes and draft new ones. It can never see locked notes, change visibility, or delete anything.

Multiple organizations

Installed on more than one org or account? Switch between them from the header without signing out — each keeps its own board, members, and plan.

Roles & access

Admins manage settings; agents can be scoped to service desk and/or development, with development visibility following each agent's GitHub repo access.

Push notifications

Branded alerts for replies, status changes, and SLA reminders — in the browser or the installed app — that deep-link straight to the right ticket in the right account.

Customer sign-in (email/password, Google and GitHub) is included on every plan, as is the opt-in bring-your-own-AI notes connector. The Advanced plan adds team Azure AD / SSO and Woden-run AI & automation — automated invites, email ticket updates, and AI-drafted notes, spec drafts and ticket triage. Privacy and data residency

  • Hosted in Azure UK South. GDPR compliant.
  • We store the ticket and tenant metadata needed to run the portal — not your repository source code (only the markdown you choose to publish is read).
  • GitHub access via short-lived installation tokens; webhooks validated with HMAC SHA-256.
  • Minimal permissions: Issues, Contents, Projects, Metadata. No secrets or Actions access.
  • The optional bring-your-own-AI notes connector is off until you turn it on. When enabled, only the notes your AI requests are sent to your own AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) under your sign-in; it never reads locked notes and cannot delete anything. Woden runs no AI model over your data.
