Support, delivery & insights — built on GitHub.
A branded, customer-facing support portal on top of GitHub Issues, and an advanced delivery board on GitHub Projects with the SLAs, time tracking, estimates and reporting teams usually bolt on with separate tools. It enhances the GitHub workflow you already use — it doesn't replace any of it.
Start free — 1 project, 1 repo, up to 5 customers. No credit card.
Support lives across email, chat and ad-hoc issues — customers have nowhere to raise or follow requests, and that work is cut off from where it's delivered. GitHub Projects tracks the work brilliantly, but teams still reach for other tools to get SLAs, time-and-estimate reporting, velocity, and a customer-facing view.
Install the app and pick the repositories it can access. Customers raise and track tickets in your branded portal — each becomes a real GitHub issue, and replies sync both ways. Your team works the combined service-desk and development board inside GitHub Projects, with SLAs, time tracking, estimates and an insights dashboard layered on. Your repos, issues and projects stay the source of truth.
Portal-raised tickets become real GitHub issues; portal replies are written back as issue comments. Internal notes stay hidden from customers.
Your name, logo, and a custom URL slug (e.g. /acme/portal). Installable as an app (PWA) on phone and desktop.
Publish markdown straight from your repos — pick files or auto-publish a whole folder.
Drag screenshots and files onto tickets and replies. They're stored securely and shared with the customer thread, so nothing gets lost in email.
Your team signs in with GitHub; customers use email/password (via Entra External ID) or Google, matched to their invited email.
Service-desk and development work together on GitHub Projects v2. Move cards, assign, label, branch, and create issues straight onto the board. Switch between board and list views, group by status/assignee/priority, show or hide columns, and filter to "assigned to me" or recently completed work.
One personal list of everything assigned to you across every project — dev issues and customer tickets together — with live SLA countdowns, priority and status, plus filters and search. It's what your team lands on first, without leaving the GitHub they already use.
First-response and resolution targets per priority, business hours, and breach indicators on the board.
A timer, manual entry, or the /spent command. Estimate in hours, days, or story points and see variance, velocity, and hours-per-point.
SLA attainment and out-of-SLA work, throughput and velocity, lead/cycle time, aging of open work, and month-on-month trends — reporting layered on top of GitHub Projects.
A shared markdown scratchpad for runbooks, escalation contacts, and how-we-handle-it notes. Tag notes to group and filter them like folders, keep them private or share with the team, pin the essentials — and convert any note straight into a board issue, prefilled and ready to amend.
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your team notes with a secure remote connector (MCP). Your AI signs in as you via Microsoft Entra External ID — no tokens to copy — and can read your private and shared notes and draft new ones. It can never see locked notes, change visibility, or delete anything.
Installed on more than one org or account? Switch between them from the header without signing out — each keeps its own board, members, and plan.
Admins manage settings; agents can be scoped to service desk and/or development, with development visibility following each agent's GitHub repo access.
Branded alerts for replies, status changes, and SLA reminders — in the browser or the installed app — that deep-link straight to the right ticket in the right account.
A quick tour of the portal and the delivery board — support tickets, a tabbed knowledge base, the combined board, team notes, insights, and branded settings. Click any screenshot to take a closer look.

Who want a real customer portal without leaving GitHub or buying a separate help desk.
Who need SLAs, time, estimates, velocity and reporting that Projects alone doesn't provide.
Who support multiple customers and want a branded, shareable portal per team.
Who'd rather enhance the GitHub workflow they already pay for than stitch together more tools.
